HRIS People Solutions Lead

We are looking to change the way our company perceives HR - can you provide the right people insight to help us do that ?
Our forthcoming HR system implementation offers us a great opportunity to find an HR systems guru to lead on the design and delivery of our IS strategy in readiness for our migration. You will look to align our systems roadmap with our IT applications and data strategy.
As well your HR systems expertise (knowledge of Cornerstone/Resourcelink would be useful) we are interested to hear from anyone with a proficient working knowledge of people analytics who can represent our team on the future Reporting Governance Group . You will have the ability to make the right data decisions and measure financial return on our HR programmes. Given the ever increasing breadth of regulatory reporting, we will need you to prepare HR and the business for this.
You will be part of the senior HR management team reporting into the Director of HR and have day to day responsibility for a small MI team responsible for the management of our HR systems identifying and mitigating any risk to ensure business continuity.
