Job Introduction

We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated and dedicated Individual Needs Assistants (INA) to join our friendly and supportive staff team. This post requires high quality 1:1 support input for a child with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is a fixed term one-year contract attached to the individual child.

The role requires the ability to recognise and implement key approaches to learning and communication, in line with the child’s EHC plan and in liaison with the class teacher, Inclusion Manager and parents.

Previous experience of supporting children with ASC in a primary school setting would be beneficial.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

From 6 April 2011 the Home Office has placed a permanent restriction on the number of migrant workers that all Tier 2 (General) Sponsors can recruit. Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
