Hexagon Housing owns and manages over 4,000 general needs homes in South-East London. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for community work, is driven, wants to make a difference and has a positive attitude, to join our Community Investment Team.
Working alongside the Community Investment Manager, you will be a key member of the team, helping to create connections between residents and services, opportunities, organisations and networks, in addition to leading on the delivery of our digital inclusion plan.
The ideal candidate will have:

- excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
- track record in enabling successful projects with tangible community benefits;
- proven ability to identify the needs within a community, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to help bring about positive change.
