We are currently seeking an experienced Change Lead to work on our Adult Social Care Services’ transformation programme.  The portfolio of projects spans a wide range of services delivered through the Council and through Bexley Care on behalf of the Council and the CCG.  This complexity requires a high level of stakeholder management, an appreciation of the different cultures plus relentless grip on the individual projects.  The level of change required and the pace with which it needs to be delivered requires the ability to steer all parties through unprecedented challenges.

You will support the Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health to implement change across the system through redesigning our approach to delivering integrated health and social care services.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified (or equivalent), ideally with an adult social care background and have experience of managing significant change programmes in an Adult Social Care setting.  You will have strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable working with senior officers and be able to champion agile ways of working.

Do you think you have what it takes?

What we offer:

  • Our Choices Flexible Benefits Package includes lease car, and cash options to the value of £2,322 per annum

  • Annual Leave Purchase Scheme
