The above salary range + SEN point will be pro-rated for part-time hours, term time only working.

Homewood College needs a dynamic and innovative Teaching Assistant to primarily work 1:1 with a KS3 student with SEMH needs. You will support this young person to overcome barriers to learning and build the skills they need to succeed.
You will need to be:
Supportive to learners
Adaptable to changing classroom climates
Able to effectively manage challenging behaviour
Flexible and able to travel across sites
Patient and resilient
