About the Role
This position is an essential role within the Account Management team. The role will be split 75% on corporate volunteering and 25% on account management. You will be responsible for delivering and project managing volunteering activities for the corporate partnerships team and supporting the growth and development of corporate volunteering across Shelter. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing corporate partner accounts, developing and delivering these partnerships in-line with the corporate partnerships strategy.
With a proven track record in account management / corporate volunteering, you're great at developing strong working relationships with clients at all levels. What’s more, you have a flexible approach, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a commitment to achieving team targets, driving opportunities and developing clear and efficient plans to achieve your goals. You will be managing multiple projects at one time so effective project management is key to this role as is an innate ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively. Experience of using Microsoft Office applications and databases (we use Raisers Edge) is also essential.
