We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to assist us with the delivery of an effective and customer care based housing management service.
You will be looking after the day to day management of the PRS Housing team, including general office cover, required to take telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries for the team. You will assist us with the production of routine management reports and ensure you are organizing and maintaining filing and information systems. There will be a requirement to monitor and record details of all stock held on site/s, ensuring all details remain up to date and that there is sufficient stock.
Part of this role requires working with other teams and you will be required on occasions to work with our Housing team in the management of rent accounts for both current and former tenants.
To be successful, you will have come from an administrative background with excellent attention to detail and great interpersonal skills. You will have a good grasp of MS Office and be able to use this proficiently.
