As our Asset Information Officer, you will be assisting and supporting the Asset Information Team in providing the relevant services to the wider business, you will be tasked with managing data and systems and coming up with collaborative solutions in line with evolving business needs.
You will be assisting and supporting the provision of internal consultancy type services and monitoring and reporting on the condition, relevance and quality of data held by information systems as it relates to the Property Services department.
You will be managing and maintaining the correct allocation of assets to properties and assets to maintenance contractors ensuring that supplier and contractor systems are robustly reconciled.
As part of this role you will be representing Property Services with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion.
To be considered for this role you will ideally come from a commercial background and will need to have some understanding of property management in a Housing Association setting.
You must have advanced working IT knowledge including Excel and an understanding of IT systems.
You must be analytical and therefore have experience of problem solving, interpreting, analysing and presenting numerical data. This role fills a key need within the Property Services team so you must come with good administrative skills, with an ability to be organised and to work methodically with attention to detail so as to meet targets and deadlines.
