Following the recent appointment to a cluster of services in Richmond we are looking to appoint Team Leaders to ensure the service provided is consistently improving and can lead the teams by example. Successful applicants must be prepared to work across any service in the cluster and encourage this culture through all team members.
You will be managing and leading a team of care & support workers in service. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and business requirements, while delivering excellent, personalised, value for money services to customers.
This is a first step into managing people and you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead by example. While previous management experience is not essential as this will support those looking to develop.
You will however need substantial experience of supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties. This should include developing support plans and working with relevant third parties and family members.
