Head of Income Management
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Permanent, Full time - 36 hours per week
Homes for Haringey have a fantastic opportunity for a determined and inspirational Head of Department to lead our Income Management Team. We are looking for a leader to spearhead and implement our vision and create a customer centric culture whilst enhancing income collection and recovery.
This role will see you drive the delivery of our income management function by developing high performing and highly motivated teams to optimise income collection within a changing and challenging environment.
We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of successfully implementing new and creative solutions to maximise performance. You will be driven and an excellent communicator with the ability to drive focus on the prevention and early intervention of debt with our customers.
You will possess an outward looking approach with the ability to recognise and prepare for change effectively and efficiently. You will be proficient in working across teams, directorates and organisations to achieve the best outcome for our residents, Homes for Haringey and for the Council.
