Project & Digital Engagement Manager

We're seeking a skilled Project & Digital Engagement Manager to drive forward our digital resident engagement and deliver impactful improvements that align with Southwark's mission of a fairer, better borough for all.
In this role, you'll develop digital platforms and tools that allow residents to actively participate in designing landlord services. You'll also lead on data analysis, performance monitoring, and social media strategies to reach underrepresented groups and capture valuable resident feedback. Your work will ensure that every interaction meets our high standards and fulfils regulatory requirements.
The role responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Lead resident improvement projects, ensuring goals are met within budget and on schedule.
- Data Insight & Analysis: Develop data-driven reports and dashboards to inform service improvements, bringing insights that reflect resident priorities.
- Social Media & Engagement: Spot and leverage trends, using audience targeting to reach underrepresented groups and boost resident engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee frameworks for monitoring and reporting on performance, aligned with regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Manage grants and resources effectively to support resident participation initiatives.
You will have:
- Project Management: Demonstrable experience in delivering successful projects. Prince 2 or Agile certification is advantageous.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation to support informed decision-making.
- Housing Knowledge: Understanding of the social housing regulatory framework and performance monitoring.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint) with experience designing user-centric digital tools for engagement.
- Communication: Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to convey complex insights concisely for diverse audiences.
