We are seeking an Assets Repairs Manager with extensive experience of property management to join us and lead the team in delivering high-quality responsive property maintenance services within our Housing portfolio.

The Role

  • Lead the effective contract management of responsive repairs and void projects across the Housing portfolio
  • Managing a team of Contract Managers, Surveyors and administrators.
  • Lead delivery of Aids and Adaptions and disrepair.
  • Effective management of Capital and Revenue budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team and individual meetings.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimise efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and within our corporate timelines.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant should have the following skills;

  • Experience of contract managing and leading a property maintenance service.
  • Operational experience including people, contractors and projects.
  • Competent with running reports for KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
