What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Lead to lead on training and development within the SEND & Inclusion Service work. You will work with our dynamic and high performing team.

The post holder will be responsible for all training and development training programs, alongside this you will also promote and further embed continuing professional development for service staff.

Being able to analyse and utilise research and data to identify areas of development, and opportunities already within the skillset of our service will be crucial to the role.

All about you

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity we are looking for someone who is resilient and has a thorough knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the associated SEND Code of Practice, Experience of delivering and facilitating learning environments. 

You will have experience in planning and project management with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

You will have evidence of continuing professional development in a learning and development environment. If you are dynamic, driven and motivated to make your mark this role could be for you.

This post holder will be required to be based in our Camden community for at least 60% of the working pattern, building relationships and informing practice across the SEND Local Area.
