About the Role
Can you work in partnership with the Governing Body to:
- Embody and Lead Our LEARN Values: Inspire the school community to uphold these values, fostering a shared love of learning.
- Promote Inclusivity and Respect: Cultivate a school culture where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to succeed.
- Innovate in Teaching and Learning: Lead a team of dedicated staff in delivering a balanced and engaging curriculum that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.
- Strengthen Community Partnerships: Deepen meaningful connections with parents, carers, and the wider community, encouraging a collaborative approach to each child’s journey.
- Champion Purposeful Play: Advocate for play as an essential element of learning, helping children build resilience and explore with confidence.
- Effectively manage finances and resources: Ensure our curriculum delivers the best outcomes for all of our pupils.
