About the Team:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our lively, passionate, and welcoming team. The role will be extremely varied, and you will play a key part in making a significant difference to some of the most vulnerable people in Lambeth, those sleeping rough or without a home.
About the Role:
The Strategic Commissioning Manager post will work alongside the Lead Commissioner to support the rough sleeping and Vulnerable Adults’ Pathway workstreams carried out by the team. This area of work has grown rapidly over the last three years and requires a strong leader to support bid applications, mobilisation of new services and supporting the team to deliver on KPI’s and contracts to reduce rough sleeping and achieve outcomes for some of the most vulnerable residents in Lambeth.
This role is a 1-year fixed term post so the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running and will have demonstrable experience within Commissioning and project management. The post holder will be responsible for line managing up to four team members as well as producing papers, briefing notes and all relevant project documentation to ensure tight and controlled governance.
