The Post

As Specialist Housing Operational Manager, you’ll be using your management skills and expertise to deliver a comprehensive housing management service to clients and tenants in temporary and supported accommodation, and Brent owned housing companies i4B holdings and First Wave Housing. You will manage the interdepartmental corporate Service Level Agreements with the Housing Companies, and Adult Social Care, Children's and Young People and Housing Needs, ensuring that there is a robust service plan and your teams deliver to target against KPIs.

The Person

The successful applicant will be compassionate, committed and collaborative with the enthusiasm and drive to improve services. You will need comprehensive understanding of housing management and income collection, be creative and able to balance competing demands relating to resources and increased sector scrutiny.

You will be skilled in delivering improvements, managing projects and working with multiple services to promote best practice and a seamless one housing service
