Are you ready to take your first step into project management? Do you already possess a strong project management skills? Are you excited about getting involved in the delivery of new homes for Londoners?

We have an exciting challenge for a motivated individual to join our New Homes Team as a Project Manager. As the vital internal link between Development and our Operational businesses, you will facilitate the transition of new build properties into occupation & management. You will work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex legal and contractual information while managing changing timeframes. From day one, you will be responsible for multiple projects, ensuring your internal client's perspective and requirements are effectively represented throughout the project lifecycle. Whether it's ensuring timely information delivery or maintaining the highest quality of our homes, you will be pivotal in achieving smooth handovers every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Development and client teams
  • Manage the delivery of new build properties into Housing Management
  • Distil complex information and share it with stakeholders in a way that is easy for them to understand
  • Handle changing timeframes and help to mitigate risks for your clients
  • Represent the client's perspective and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure the finish quality of new homes always meets the NHG standard

What We're Looking For:

  • A careful listener and an organised project leader
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise a varied workload
  • Understanding of housing management or business operations
  • A relentless focus on solving problems quickly and without fuss
  • Confidence in advocating for internal and external customers
  • Ability to read basic drawings and floor plans

Please be aware that this role requires regular travel across London to new developments so a willingness to travel is essential. We also think that spending time with your team is important, so you will be required in our Kings Cross Office at least two days a week (Currently Wednesday & Thursday).

Selection Process

The assessment session will take place between 19/11/2024 and 20/11/2024. It will be in person, in our Kings Cross office, and will consist of a presentation (topic to be provided in advance) and an interview.
