Part Time (18 hours a week)

Salary: £30.033 to £32.421.- (pro rata for part time staff)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a desire to a flexible working hour and to be part of a team driving success. 
Community Spaces at Enfield Council are looking for a part time Front of House Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in terms of when they work as the role involves weekend and evening work.
Person Specification for this role:

- Strong customer service skills
- A good command and standard of written and spoken English
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Good organisational skills to ensure queries are responded with deadlines and standards  
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Good communicator
- Experience of reception work or a caretaker type role

Shifts will be in different buildings across Enfield and on some occasions will involve moving from one building to another during a shift.
All necessary training will be given.
