Brokerage and DP Officer 
£37,443 - £39,264 per annum pro-rata
Part-time 25 hours per week

Brokerage and DP officer is a role in the Brokerage and DP team. You would be working mainly in one of the functions of the team – Direct Payment Set up or Brokerage.
You would be supporting residents either to set up direct payments or by brokering packages and placements. You would also have a role giving advice and guidance to practitioners, residents and providers.   You will need to work well under pressure and be able to work some weekend day on a rota basis
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
•    Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines 
•    Ability to work well with diverse stake holders – residents, providers, colleagues and other professionals
•    Have good communications skills
•    Have good IT skills
•    Have good negotiation skills
•    Experience of working in Brokerage and/or Direct Payment Set up would be desired
