Teaching Assistant required

Scale:  Grade 1/2 Spinal Point 3-5 depending on experience

Hours: 25 hours per week, five hours per day. Monday to Friday, 8:30-13:30, 38 weeks per year term time plus 5.7 weeks holiday pay.

Salary:  £26,238 - £27,030 p.a. Full time equivalent

Actual Salary:  £15,270 - £15,731 p.a. 

Contract:  Fixed term contract from Monday 14th October (or as near to this date as possible) to 18th July 2025.

Candidates MUST have a L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification to apply (or be near to completing their course).  Other qualifications will be considered, if relevant.

You must either have, or be willing to train in first aid at work, and have a good knowledge of supporting children with special educational needs.
