Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional operational support for our application portfolio, ensuring smooth running and timely resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate closely with developers and IT professionals to understand application lifecycles and dependencies.
- Leverage your scripting and database knowledge to automate tasks and optimise processes.
- Embrace continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve in cloud technologies, AI, and RPA tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent application support skills with a strong understanding of application lifecycles.
- Experience with scripting languages and databases (a plus).
- A keen interest in learning new technologies, particularly cloud-based solutions, AI, and RPA.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to attend on site as required.
