What You’ll Be Doing 

You'll lead a team of 1-2 staff members, taking ownership of our service delivery and ensuring we consistently meet our targets. You'll be responsible for managing demand, allocating cases to the right teams, and making decisions on urgent client demands.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our service is running smoothly, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance our client experience. You'll work closely with your team and ensure seamless communication with Contact Camden colleagues.

You'll be the point of contact for Member Enquiries and Complaints, working closely with the team to resolve any issues and ensure that our service is complaint with our procedures. Your ability to motivate and enable your team will be key to driving results and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
