EYFS Midday Assistants

Hours: 10 hours per week x 38 weeks per year (Mon - Fri 11:00am - 1:00pm)

Grade: Scale 2 Points 3 - 4

Salary: £6,108 - £6,200 Actual Salary p.a (based on £26,238 - £26,634 full time salary)

 

The Executive Head Teacher, Head teacher and Governors wish to appoint a Midday Dinner Assistant to join our enthusiastic and supportive EYFS team.

You will also join us at a very exciting time as our new Head teacher starts their position in the school.

The school has also been graded as ‘Good’ in our last 3 Ofsted inspections (most recently in January 2020).

The successful candidates will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, confident individuals with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to assist and support in the supervision, engagement and development of pupils during lunchtime, under the overall direction of the Senior Midday Dinner Assistant and the Head teacher.

Their work is primarily to foster good behaviour and participation of all the pupils, but also to promote pupil engagement in active playtimes, and instil high values, good morals and the understanding and respect of others.
