OFSTED described Enfield Social Work teams as highly motivated with manageable caseloads, allowing time for workers to get to know children and protect them effectively. Managers and staff are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. We offer a clear Signs of Safety (SoS) framework to guide and support our work and we are utilise Motivational interviewing.
Enfield’s Looked After Children Service work with children and their families from the point that they start going through Care proceedings (court work), in addition to child who are long term looked after children.
