We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) Coordinator to coordinate and at times deliver the ELSA support service for identified students.  You will oversee the delivery of ELSA support, and ensure appropriate records and registers are kept by all staff delivering this service.

Reporting to the Deputy Group Curriculum Director for Supported Learning, the post-holder will devise and develop creative and engaging ways to deliver ELSA support to identified students, ensuring the support is appropriate and relevant and complies with ELSA support regulations. 

It is essential that candidates possess or commits to obtaining the appropriate ELSA qualification. The candidate should also have experience of delivering ELSA support, alongside a good standard in English, Maths and IT
