London Borough of Newham Pupil Referral Units are a multi-site organisation offering education
programmes for young people unable to attend their mainstream school. Our aim is to help remove
barriers to learning through an individualised response to our pupil’s needs. We are trauma
informed and attachment aware in our approach to working with our young people. We
passionately believe in giving our cohort every opportunity to learn and succeed in our friendly,
supportive school that has received the Nurturing Schools Accreditation.
We are now seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative Nurture Teacher with an
English specialism who can help us continue our successes and further develop our KS3 and KS4
curriculum across our provisions to both onsite and online students. The post may require the
flexibility to work across sites.
This role will provide the post holder with the opportunity to join an ambitious department and
