An exciting new opportunity of Careers Advisor within Student Services now exists! We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to provide a high quality, responsive, learner-centered service to students by developing and delivering impartial careers information, advice and guidance to support all learners across College campuses.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or have an equivalent professional careers related qualification; the successful candidate must hold a level 6 careers qualification or Level 4 Careers Qualification willing to undertake training to gain a Level 6 Qualification, combined with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to successfully advise & guide UCG students. Successful Level 4 applicants will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months to allow completion for the Level 6 Qualification.

Prior relevant experience, including evidence of promoting equality of opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds, is essential to this post.
