We are seeking to appoint a committed individual with the necessary skills to provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the Primary Phase. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, good ICT skills, including databases, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a self-motivated team player.
Working in the school’s Primary Phase and reporting to the Head of Primary your duties will include being the first point of contact for the Primary Phase, providing support for the attendance and admissions processes, parents evenings, school clubs, data entry, liaising with parents, filing, ordering office supplies, dealing with day-to-day enquiries, and providing support to the wider administration team.
Salary: Scale 3, points 5-6 (£28,545 - £28,977) pro-rata
Hours: 35 hours per week. Term Time (including 5 Inset Days) plus 1 week (40 weeks)
