We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Resolution and Service Improvement manager to lead our customer contact resolution centre and drive excellence in service Improvement.  You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, making a positive impact on our resident’s experiences.   

You will be responsible for leading and managing our customer service operations playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of customer support and optimising our customer service processes.  You need to be adaptable and resilient to change, approach queries and challenges in a dynamic and solution focused way and be able to apply your skills to provide a range of support to colleagues across the organisation.
