Contract Type: Permanent, 6 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Scale: Scale 2 Points 3 - 4
Salary: £24,012 - £24,408 FTE (including Outer London Allowance)
Actual Pro Rata Salary: £3,354 to £3,410 per annum

To help us with this, we are looking to appoint a Midday Assistant to join our team, and be responsible for maintaining safety, welfare and good contact of the students during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.
The successful candidate will:

- Have excellent communication skills
- Be professional, approachable and caring
- Have first aid knowledge - preferred but not essential
- Enjoy working with young people (experience preferred but not essential)
- Be able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will become part of an oversubscribed, flourishing school for girls aged 11 to 18, with confident, courteous, articulate students, and an ethos rooted in empowerment.
