Part-time KS1 Maternity Cover Class Teacher required for January 2024

School Road Site

Paid weeks per year: 52

Start date: January 2024

Fixed Term: Until 31st August 2024 (Starting salary £28,000 per annum FTE) 

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to teach in one of our Year 1 classes.  This is a job-share role and the working days are Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.

We have high expectations of our children who achieve high standards through consistently good teaching and an exciting, creative curriculum.

About the role

The successful candidates will:

  • have experience of teaching across KS1 (during their training practice if applicable)
  • be committed to inclusive practice
  • be committed to teaching through creative, linked and skills based topics
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • really want to work at our school and be part of our whole school community
