FULL TIME CLASS TEACHERS REQUIRED
Salary: Main Range from Minimum £36,745 to Maximum upper £56,959, Plus SEN 1 £2,539 or SEN 2 £5,009 depending on experience.
Due to expansion a number of qualified teachers with QTS or QTLS are required to join the team at this outstanding school..
Greenvale School is a Lewisham community special school for children and young people between the ages of 11 and 19 who have severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties (SLD & PMLD). Many pupils have additional diagnosis including autism, physical disabilities and medical needs.
The school is now based across two beautiful, purpose-built teaching and learning environments. Key Stage 3 and 4 students are on Waters Rd Catford and Key Stage 5 and Glade Pathway students are based on the newly constructed building on Mayow Road, Forest Hill.
Applicants should be able to work with the whole range of pupils at Greenvale and willing to be based on either site.
The school offers an excellent induction programme, PPA time and extensive professional development opportunities.

The successful applicant will be required to have a DBS check and an overseas check if applicable.
An overseas check will be required if you have lived or worked abroad for more than three months since you were 18. You will need to apply to the country where you lived for a police check and pay for any costs incurred. A prohibition check will also be completed. As part of safeguarding, we also complete a comprehensive on line search at shortlisting stage of recruitment
