About the job

If you want to join a team where you will be enhancing your digital skills and learning about, whilst working on, many areas of creating a great customer led digital experience then read on.

The role is to provide comprehensive support to a range of functions within the Customer Services Digital and Innovation Team and Contact Centre.

This will include the preparation and compilation of data, the collation and analysis of information and statistics, building reports and assisting with projects.

The creation and updating of web forms and web content are also tasks you will undertake to benefit the residents of Havering and support other teams across the organisation.

About you

If you want to get a start in digital customer relations, working on online forms and web content and you have skills in standard IT packages including Excel, are interested in data entry, the interrogation of databases, the analysis of data, maintaining records and documentation and assisting customers with digital related enquiries then this is the role for you.  

Experience of working in a multi-channel contact centre/front-line environment and experience of administrating in a Customer Services environment would also be of benefit in this role.
