NPW has been working with key stakeholders, and in particular our schools to develop a range of new products. This year we will be launching a number of these products in collaboration with pilot schools and new partners.
The role
We are currently seeking a Payroll Contract Manager to operationally manage the delivery of the company’s third-party payroll provider ensuring high quality delivery and outcomes for our customers.
The successful applicant will have experience of schools’ payroll and working knowledge of conditions of service of school staff, including Teachers and Local Government pensions. They will have sharp problem solving and analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and be able to quickly earn the respect of school leaders.
Your profile
● Previously worked in Education payroll
● Knowledge of outsourced payroll delivery and performance management
● Experience and knowledge of HR and Payroll administration systems (e.g. iTrent)
