Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours a week, 41 weeks a year. Scale: SO1.23 – SO1.25
Actual salary: £30,466 - £31,350 per annum

To help us with this, we are looking to appoint a high-calibre Personal Assistant to provide managerial, secretarial, personnel, administration and clerical support to our Joint Headteachers. There will also be a requirement to line manage other support colleagues.
The successful candidate will have:
- Successful experience of administrative work in a busy school environment
- Working knowledge of general school policies and procedures
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, including; Word, Excel. Power Point, Publisher & Outlook and other IT applications
- Ability to complete detailed reports, forms letters and minutes taking.
- Ability to exchange verbal information clearly and sensitively with children and adults Ability to work with a range of colleagues
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a positive and successful way and hold others into account when necessary
