Receptionist/Navigator (Family Hub)

Brighton and Hove City Council is looking for a Family Hub Navigator to join our new Family Hub service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the new 0-19 Family Hub service supporting families in Brighton and Hove.

About the role
You will be the first point of contact for the Family Hub service, providing information, advice and guidance to families on local childcare, funding and services and will provide administrative support to the team. Based in the North Family Hub you will provide reception cover, administrative support and be part of the Navigator Team citywide signposting families and providing information, advice and guidance.

The post is fulltime 37 hours and the main base in Moulsecoomb but applicants will need to be willing to provide cover at Family Hub sites citywide.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
Work Permits: This role does not meet the requirement for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System. Successful candidates will need to evidence that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
