KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
There has never been a more exciting time to join jobsgopublic, we’re scaling up our business and investing in the future. In 2023 we will launch a new brand identity; we are developing new technology; and we are bringing in specialists to help us move at pace and adopt best practices. It's because of this we are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager.
Firstly who we are?
jobsgopublic is one of the UK’s leading online recruitment platforms, providing a range of job advertising, candidate management, and recruitment marketing solutions to public sector organisations.
From becoming the first public sector specific job board over 20 years ago (jobsgopublic.com), to the full-service provider we are now, jobsgopublic has continued to evolve to combat the challenges our clients face. Increasingly, employers are looking for partners they can trust to provide innovative solutions and to help them fill vital roles. jobsgopublic is well placed to meet that demand.
About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and objectives and provide them with expert advice on how jobsgopublic can help them achieve their goals.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for
- Driving revenue growth from their assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns
About you
The successful candidate as the Key Account Manager will have experience in a similar Key Account Management role and experience in recruitment marketing or HR solutions are preferred. You will be able to manage your own time and manage multiple projects and priorities as well as have met or exceeded revenue targets. Ideally within the public and/or 3rd sector is desirable but not essential.
Why join us?
Not only do we offer some fantastic benefits such as 27 days holiday, above normal pension contribution, healthcare (including optical and dental) and are fully remote but as of May we will be starting a 6 month trial of working a 9 day fortnight. This means that you will have every other Friday off for yourself.
Our teams have the option of meeting up on an ad-hoc basis at any of the London WeWork locations.
In addition, we get together once each month in London for all-company socials.
