Senior Contracts Lawyer - MM2
We are looking to recruit a Senior Lawyer with experience in procurement and contract law matters. You will have expertise to confidently advise on the provision of works and the supply of goods or services and to support on subsidy control / state aid queries, funding agreements and other issues involved in projects.
The role requires excellent drafting skills and the ability to provide legal advice to a variety of audiences, plus some support and mentoring of junior colleagues.
This is one of 2 live roles within the Contracts & Commercial Team, to assist in the delivery of the Council’s priorities, working on some exciting and transformational projects. For the Senior Construction Lawyer role please refer to reference number CEX-000280.
