Area Manager (Leytonstone) – Early Help & Prevention PO8 (Secondment)
A secondment opportunity for approximately 6 – 9 months (with potential extension) is available for the post of Early Help Delivery Area Manager (Leytonstone) at PO8.
Early Help Delivery is embarking upon an exciting chapter of its development with the induction of the Family Hubs and the post holder will have an important role play in this initiative. You will lead on a number of special projects and fully participate in the Senior Leadership Team, CFC Strategic Group Partnership, and the Area Manager’s Meeting amongst others.
The role is wide-reaching, and you will make use of your strategic management skills and collaborative working abilities to embed new partnerships and the delivery of services from The Junction. You will retain operational oversight of Early Help Delivery for Leytonstone, working closely with the Lead Case Manager and Early Help Coordinator to maintain a consistently high level of performance.

- Manage and deliver complex tasks and projects.
- Work in a collaborative manner with internal and external partners in the delivery of Family Hubs and Early Help outcomes.
- Respond to major corporate or partner initiatives and complex operational issues effectively and promptly.
- Be responsive to a rapidly developing working environment.
