We are looking to recruit to the Communications Centre & Visiting & Response Officer posts we currently have available. We have 4 full time posts and 1 part time post (22 hours) – all posts are permanent.

This post will require working unsupervised at times in the Control room outside normal office hours, including weekends and bank holidays, using own knowledge, skill, and judgement.

The response service includes assisting clients, who may have fallen in their own homes installing lifeline alarms, please note full training will be given.

The Service is looking to appoint an officer who brings a ‘can-do’ attitude and will complement the existing Lifeline & response team.
