Admissions & Attendance Officer
Eastlea Community School is seeking to appoint a hardworking diligent Admissions and Attendance Officer with excellent attention to detail to support the Senior Admissions and Attendance Officer to process admissions to and departures from the school and monitor student attendance. They will need to be a confident, professional & approachable communicator as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents and the wider community.
The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice and you may be dealing with one particular aspect of the role over others at times, depending on the needs of the school. A good level of all Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills are essential. Knowledge of school MIS is desirable, as is previous experience in a similar role.
