Quality Assurance and Contracts Officer

 £40,614 -£43,815 

Fixed Term for 6 months

To undertake quality assurance visits to care homes in the Borough to ensure that the services comply with the expected standards, compile reports following the visit and draft Service Improvement Plans when necessary. To share these plans with the provider and agree SMART timescales to complete the plan, providing support when necessary.

Seeking to appoint an experienced officer to cover this role for a period of six months, with a possibility the role may be extended, whilst the post holder is on Maternity Leave.
