Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, Vicarage Road, Teddington TW11 8EZ. The centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you
You must be hold a UK recognised National Pool Lifeguard qualification for this role and proof will be required. Applicants who do not hold this qualification will be rejected.
A first aid qualification is required and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.
You'll be offered a mix of shifts which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends during Term Time.
