The Aspire Learning Federation was established in March 2022 between Elm Park Primary School and The R J Mitchell Primary School. The Aspire Learning Federation is a caring, collaborative and innovative family of schools united by our passion to provide first class learning experiences so that all our children can achieve their very best, now and throughout their lives. Both schools have a highly inclusive philosophy.
We are looking for an experienced class teacher with a breadth of experience in high quality teaching and learning, who also has experience of leadership across a year group or phase.
The key role of this post will focus on being a highly effective class teacher and using this experience and expertise to lead across a phase within the primary phase; KS1, Lower KS 2, Upper KS 2 to ensure continuous school improvement and the maintenance of high standards and expectations in teaching and learning. Anyone applying for this post will be employed by the Aspire Learning Federation and may therefore be required to work across both schools. In the first instance, this post is to work at R J Mitchell Primary School.

- A leader with a range of leadership experience in monitoring, as well as holding staff to account for the quality of teaching and learning and school improvement work;
