Job introduction

We are excited to announce the creation of 3 new roles to strengthen the leadership structure of our unique, successful school. The roles will give the successful candidates the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the school in its next phase of development as a senior member of the SLT, taking a high level of responsibility for the quality of education, personal development and welfare and advancement of the bilingual programme as the key leader of one of the following areas*:

  • Reception and Year 1
  • Years 2, 3 and 4
  • Years 5 and 6

About the role

 

The leader appointed will have the opportunity to make a difference and to gain experience of innovating, creating and leading within an environment of professional autonomy and trust not only in their area, but as part of the senior leadership team of the school.  The role will initially involve 3 days class based teaching and 2 days out of class per week.

The Bilingual Primary School offers a unique opportunity to work in a bilingual setting in Spanish and English. The successful candidate will have the advantage of working in a well-equipped, purpose built school with a fantastic team of dedicated professionals committed to make our innovative programme a success.

  • Are willing to engage in training and personal development

All candidates will be expected to commit to developing Spanish language skills and use the language in teaching and to communicate within their capacities in other instances.
