Phoenix College is a small and vibrant FE Specialist College with total number of 40 students, situated in East London with commutable transport links. We are looking for a dynamic SEN Teacher to join an exciting and innovative College. The position would suit an energetic and creative professional who is looking to make a difference to the lives of young people with autism and complex needs as well as furthering their own professional development. Experience of working in a specialist College is not essential but knowledge and expertise of SEN is required.

The college has excellent facilities and resources to support teaching and learning. This is an exciting opportunity in a specialist college providing for young people, where change and challenge are key to what we do.

Our students are aged between 18 and 25. Students make very good progress with access to a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum. Our main target is to ensure that all young adults leave with paid supported employment. We are accredited British Association with Supported Employment (BASE) and NATSPEC College.
