Support Worker
Peabody have an opportunity for a Care Support Worker to join our service in Wivenhoe. You will deliver high quality and effective care and support which promotes the independence, wellbeing and inclusion of all the customers, in accordance with Peabody's values, policies and procedures. As a Care Support Worker you will advocate, care and encourage choice.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who can coach and support people with learning disabilities to live their best life. You will be working over a 24/7 rota.
We are looking for female staff to support 3 ladies in their own home and Male staff to support 2 gentleman in their own home.
It is most important that you are kind, passionate about people and ready for a challenge. We offer a full training package and a thorough induction.in return we offer:
Full time hours are 37.5 but we are happy to consider part time hours of 30 or 22.5
