Site Services and Lettings Officer

Salary range: Scale 4 /5 (£23,400.00 – £27,471.00 per annum)
Hours: 36 hours per week, including weekend working, 52 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint a hardworking and motivated Site Services and Lettings Officer to work weekday evenings and weekends.
As the successful applicant you will be required to work flexibly and must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will have a friendly and professional manner, and be able to promote a positive and welcoming image of the school at all times. You will also be expected to act as a First Aider.
The hours of work are 1.00pm to 8.30pm 4 days a week and 8.00am to 3.30pm every Saturday. However there will also be an expectation to work overtime on occasions to ensure essential school events and lettings can take place.
