We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and conscientious Child Protection Co-Ordinator who is a team player and committed to supporting social work practitioners to achieve the best outcomes for children and their families.
This is a pivotal role to the smooth running and organisation of our child protection services. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from staff and partner agency professionals.
The successful candidates will have experience of managing competing priorities and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018. You will be known for your flexible approach, attention to detail, can do attitude and demonstrate your ability to maintain focus whilst working under pressure to deadlines whilst delivering good customer service.
Your duties will include co-ordinating, attending and servicing a range of professional Safeguarding meetings, including distributing Conference Summary Documents. Provide key support in managing systems, processing spreadsheets, and producing key statistical information, as well as more general business support tasks including minute taking.
You will have experience of diary management and possess excellent IT skills.
