About the role
To lead the regional sales function by providing inspiring and clear leadership that motivates and drives your team to achieve income targets and provide a great customer experience. To deliver sales strategies to optimise income from new build open market and intermediate housing sales and minimise voids.
You will be a confident role model and leader with substantial experience leading a team in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. with proven experience of successfully leading, managing, and coaching employees and supporting them through times of change.
As an enabled people manager and inspirational leader, you will know what it takes to motivate your team, ensuring they have the right tools to do the job and are delivery focussed. Totally committed to delivering excellent customer experience – you will embody and champion our values whilst fulfilling our service promises every day in the way you deal with customers and colleagues. You will also have strong commercial awareness with knowledge of budget management, planning and proven experience of leading on risk management.
